At the May, 2019 Members Meeting, the Board formally acknowledged that the Original Restrictive Covenants for the Rose Lake Forest Plats are the only legally binding restrictions; the subsequent documents entitled Declaration of Restrictive Covenants filed 05/09/1991 at Liber 537, Page 224, and on 05/24/2001 at Liber 705, Page 629, were done improperly, and have no force or effect.
